Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Delivery charge is £8 for orders under £200. For orders over £200 is free of charge.

For Items we have in stock will dispatch your order within 3-6 working days. We send orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will be tracked and arrive the next working day. Parcels will need to be signed for in person.

International Delivery

DHL Express delivery £40 - USA, CANADA, JAPAN

Please enquire if your country is not listed.

For items we have in stock will dispatch your order within 3-6 working days.  Delivery timescale is usually 5 to 10 working days once the order has been dispatched. 

Any import duties, sales taxes, handling fees and custom charges are the solo responsible of the customer.

A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been shipped or organized to be shipped. Normally DHL will email you for any additional fees to be paid in your country. Parcels will need to be signed for in person.

Returns

Hope you will be delighted with our jewellery but if for any reason you want to return your order, we are happy to offer a refund within 14 working days of receiving your delivery.

All made to order items, rings which have been resized and customized pieces are not exchangeable or refundable.

To return an online purchase, please contact mail@yumi-iijima.com for further details include your name and order number as soon as possible.  

Goods must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging.

The cost of shipping and any other fees in your country is not refundable.

The customer is responsible for return. We don’t accept any responsibility for any item lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using Royal Mail insured delivery service within UK.  

For international return: We recommend the same shipper DHL insured the value of goods or a secure and fully tracked service.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed.
