Yumiko Iijima is a goldsmith based in London, UK. She launched her first collection in 2019 after working as a Goldsmith for over 20 years at various established high end jewelery companies and individual contemporary jewellery brands.

Originally obtaining a degree in Business Management in Tokyo, Japan, making has been a natural talent since childhood. Yumiko decided to move to London and trained in classic goldsmithing skills at Sir John Cass Jewellery and Silversmithing in London.

Yumiko has been awarded the Gold Prize for Diamond Mounting, Fine Jewellery, Stone Setting and Engraving by the Goldsmiths' Craft & Design Council Awards, and many others too numerous to list here.

After working many years in the industry Yumiko launched her own brand so she could pursue her love of making and become totally immersed in the process at the bench.

Yumiko creates uncomplicated, elegant forms that are modern while being imbued with a sense of vintage.

She values above all else a pride in craftsmanship and integrity of making.
